The mousecutioner system collects the following information:

• your email address
• optionally, your mobile number
• the date and time of any mouse capture events

None of this information is shared with any third parties, and is not used for marketing purposes.

Terms of Use

1. By providing your email address, you agree to receive email notification messages from Mousecutioner.
2. By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Mousecutioner.
3. You will receive an SMS notification whenever a mouse has been captured by the device. You will also be notified when the device is initially setup, in order to verify your mobile phone number.
4. You can cancel the SMS service at any time, by replying "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
5. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help by sending an email to [email protected]
6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
7. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The volume of messages sent is determined by the number of mice captured, but is typically less than 5 per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
